SmartPresence DataCapture App with face pattern recognition feature, GPS lock and time validation with server time, present an accurate attendance data and make effective paperless work. Make an easy and efficiency payroll process export data and sync via REST API.

With auto-sychronize application and still running when apllication in background, better on efficiency. App have option application that have an self-enrollment procedure, with anti-froud process that just accept sample pattern that have similarity above 40% (default) or it can reset on master setting. This will provide anti-fraud when someone want to fake his/her face for their friend. List of employee that have permission do attendance on device, this can change device setting by select another group type. Information current GPS location that locked by device, so user can check their GPS position accuration.

This application equipped with detection installed apps for GPS location manipulation, if detected then DataCapture will close automatic. This application can running hybrid with or not cellular internet, but if you set the device must checked the server time, the apps will not run when not have internet connection. Apps will close automatic when minimize, to prevent user cheat by change date & time on smartphone/tablet. And apps will not running if phone/tablet has rooted.

How To USe :

1. Register your personal account at http://smartpresence.id, use valid email address, because this will need to confirmation your email address. Follow the installation setup on our product documentation or chat with our helpdesk.

2. On pairing device step, you need to insert request code from the application DataCapture and paste it on device pairing management. When the confirmation code given by the system from your company account, paste it back to DataCapture field request. Wait to application sync data from server.

3. When the apps is ready and you see on the option part from Employee List have persons detail, get your id, input it as PIN on Face Enrollment process. Steady your face in front camera of your phone/tablet. Save the face sample.

4. Test the clock-in caturing process, back to main menu of DataCapture, click IN button. Face on front camera, see the black circle identify your face and see the information text of similarity fluctuate percent number. When this touch above 90% (default value) the recognition/validation is valid, and checkin process is recorded.
